About True Trade Guide: Who We Are

True Trade Guide is a free, plain-language guide for owners of trade and service businesses across the United States: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, auto repair, cleaning and other companies that go to work in a truck or a van. We explain the software and online tools these businesses run on, such as Google Business Profile, websites, customer reviews, and scheduling, invoicing and mileage tools, using the official rules and help pages behind them.

Who we are

True Trade Guide is created by Rolando and Esmeralda Cornejo and run by Top Rank ROI LLC (www.toprankroi.com), a company that builds websites and online marketing for local service businesses. We don’t present ourselves as lawyers, accountants or licensed contractors. What we do is read the official sources carefully, link them, and explain them the way we’d explain them to a friend who runs a crew.

What we cover

• State rules are labeled with the state they apply to (for example, “California:”).

What we don’t do

• We don’t review software we haven’t used. If we haven’t tested something, we say so.
• We don’t promise more leads, rankings or income. Nobody can honestly promise those.
• We don’t give personal tax, legal or financial advice. For that, talk to a tax professional or attorney.
• We don’t take payment for recommendations. How the site makes money is explained on our disclosure page.

Our mission

We only speak the truth. We only help within the category we cover. We always cite our sources, and we’re friendly and easy to do business with. Our objective is to help you find a better alternative, or to confirm that your present choice is already your best choice. We’re creative in how we explain things, but we never exaggerate: we say only what’s true, and nothing misleading or unverified.
